Aion Private server How to?

hey i was wondering if someone could possibly tell me how to make an aion private server. I have many friends who are good with C++ and we run and maintain our own private server for world of warcraft so i will understand most complicated things. Please if someone could help me out and give me a tutorial on how to do it that would be awesome.
