Underwater Damage

Heres a nice little trick to avoid damage when underwater! It works a little like lava jumping in WoW. Basically it works like this. Instead of moving normally through the water keep hitting your jump button so you jump along - hence avoiding the damage and it works if you are swimming in deep water.
