in v1.2.3 there is an experimental "detect casting" the issue comes from the animation time on you performing the spell. I'll be added a use advanced skill casting detection for this which should resolve the issue.

DP isn't implemented but it is the amount of DP that is needed to cast the spell. (not mana points, not health point, Draeva points (or something else the third bar that says DP).
